Ramona is a devoted wife, mother, and ordained minister with a rich background in service and beauty. Holding a degree from the University of Memphis, she is also a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell the Hair School, class of 2012. With a diverse career, Ramona has worked as a medical social worker in hospice care, served as a service director for nursing homes, and worked as a case manager for individuals with mental health challenges. She is also the author of One Day At A Time, a 31-day devotional.

As a multi-business owner, Ramona operates two successful salons and two venues. Currently, she is the owner and lead stylist at The Mona Nissi Salon & Suites in Blytheville, Arkansas, where she employs 15 talented stylists and barbers. Additionally, she owns Mona Nissi 2 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Ramona's hair journey began 14 years ago under the mentorship of Dorothy Anderson, a local hair legend with over 25 years of experience in Blytheville. She has also had the privilege of working in Atlanta alongside celebrity stylist Rikya Taylor. With a deep passion for healthy hair care, Ramona is dedicated to healing scalp irritations and restoring beauty and health to all hair textures. Her mission is to empower individuals through their hair, enhancing both their appearance and confidence.
